Grand Theft Auto IV - iCEnhancer 1.3, "Photorealistic"

Found this awesome mod called iCEnhancer of its final version 1.3, which is an modded ENB series.
This mod really makes your IV look like on real pictures, improved shadows, reflections and colours.
Just amazing.
FPS is same as with ENB series > 25-40, that is enough for smooth motion.
There is also included optional effect of Depth Of Field, which makes far objects blur a little (see picture 4, that STOP sign for example), and also there is a motion blur as you can see on picture 2.

Note : Works perfectly on 1.0.4.0, also works on 1.0.7.0, but without some effects.

Well, here it works on 25 fps in city with traffic and peds, and about 50 fps on airport, in interior it is about 120 fps

So now you have Core 2 Quad, IF it would work, so then on about 8 fps lol

lol man . i think i would get 20 - 35 maximum xD

A good Quad Core like Q9550 should run fine. Will depend most on Graphic Card.
